Will an Apple 30 inch monitor run fast in high resolution with Vista OS and one NVIDIA 800 GTX?

I had Cyberpower put together a screaming fast PC for me and I plan to hook it up to my Apple 30 inch monitor. I had them include the 8800 video card, but have since began to wonder if one video card is enough for the 30 inch... any answers for me?
