It is pretty easy to remove the TV from the mount – you will need at least two strong people. TV mounts have two pieces – one piece mounts to the wall and the second piece mounts to the TV. The part the mounts to the TV "hangs" onto the part the mounts to the wall. Usually there are two or four screws that lock the TV to the mount. Once these locking screws are loosened, the TV will just lift off the mount.
Here is the manual for your mount:
See page 15 – it shows you where the locking screws are. There are two. Just loosen them with a hex wrench and then tilt the TV back and lift it off – very easy. Just make sure EVERY cable is disconnected before you do this.
I believe this can help you with your table.
